Return and refund

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell and for your own protection, we cannot return or exchange toys and products purchased unless they are defective. It's a question of health and safety.

Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse and/or store, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

If an item is found to be defective within 10 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item or a credit code for the paid value of the item.

Warranty

All Adore U products come with a 1-year limited warranty, ensuring peace of mind for our customers. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.
